| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和实地调研等研究方法对福州大学城高校教职工体育文化建设进行研究,结果显示:福州大学城7所高校校校相连,资源丰富,但教职工体育文化建设相对落后,建议从政策引导、领导支持、教师自觉、资源共享和校际联合五个方面入手加强高校教职工体育文化建设。

| Abstract: | This article studies about the construction of sports culture of the Fuzhou Higher Education Mega Center staff, using liter- ature data, surveys, field research and other research methods. The results showed that： there are seven universities in Fuzhou High- er Education Mega Center, they mutually adjoining, and there are abundant sports resources, but the construction of sports culture of the staff, is relatively backward. This paper argues that： we can strengthen policy guidance, leadership support, teachers conscious- ly, resource sharing and inter - school cooperation, to promote the construction of sports culture of the Fuzhou Higher Education Mega Center staff. |
