| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、心理测试法对女子跆拳道奥运冠军吴静钰的心智指标进行测试,以分析该运动员的心智特征.研究显示,吴静钰在运动动机、心理坚韧性、认知方式、赛前情绪状态、意志品质、心境状态、人格和智力等心理成分上均表现出了显著高于其他运动员的水平,但也存在一些需要解决的问题.研究结果反映了优秀跆拳道运动员所需要具备的心智特征.

| Abstract: | This study examined the mental and intelligence characters of the Olympic champions WU jingyu by mental investigation. The results suggest that WU jingyu has significant higher mental level on sport motivation, mental toughness, cognitive style, precompetition emotion, volitional quality, mood, personality and intelligence. The results also reflected the mental characters of elite taekwondo athletes. |
