“健康中国”背景下山东省全民健身路径实效性调查与发展对策研究

全民健身路径是实施全民健身的主要物质载体,对全民健身运动的开展起决定作用,在“健康中国”的大背景下,如何保障全民健身路径供给最大化,实现全民健身与全民健康的融合,是当下亟需解决的问题。采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、访谈和实地考察等研究方法,对山东省“全民健身路径”的建设发展脉络进行梳理,找出症结所在,据此从四个方面提出全民健身路径发展对策,为山东省全民健身事业的发展提供理论依据和实践支撑,同时也为其他地区提供可资借鉴的经验,为实现健康中国添砖加瓦。

Investigation and Study on Effectiveness of Nationwide Fitness Path In Shandong Province under Health China Initiative

Nationwide fitness path is the main material carrier in carrying out nationwide fitness,and it has a crucial effect on the launch of extensive exercise campaign.Against the backdrop of Health China initiative,how to guarantee the maximization of supply in nationwide fitness path and achieve the fusion of nationwide fitness and nationwide health is an urgent problem to solve currently.By using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,interview and field investigation,this paper combs the construction and development context of“national fitness path”in Shandong Province,finds out the crux,and puts forward the development countermeasures of national fitness path from four aspects,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical support for the development of national fitness cause in Shandong Province,and also provide reference for other regions The experience can be used for reference to contribute to the realization of healthy China.
