校园体育教育及学生体育权利的法律思考

习近平总书记在江苏调研时强调,要"协调推进全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面推进依法治国、全面从严治党,推动改革开放和社会主义现代化建设迈上新台阶"."四个全面"的提出,也为校园体育教育的开展指明了方向.现代化教育的转变是全面建成小康社会的内在要求,而增强学生体质,让学生得到全面发展则是现代化教育的重中之重.校园体育教育改革是全面深化改革的重要组成部分,为校园体育的开展奠定了一个大的环境基调.全面推进依法治国,要求从法制建设角度对学生体育权利给予实质性保障.学生体育权利的正常实现有赖于学校党组织对党的决议、决策、决定等的有效执行,全面从严治党对学校党组织提出了更高要求.
