可持续发展视角下城乡体育协同发展制度性研究*

解析了城乡体育协同发展的含义,结合第六次场地普查和河北省农村体育发展调查,分析了城乡体育发展取得的成绩,造成城乡体育发展不平衡的差距及其原因,从可统筹发展理论、协同发展理论和可持续发展理论视角剖析了城乡体育协同发展的方向和侧重点.在此基础上提出了理顺城乡体育发展体制,出台政策吸引社会资本;创建智库,编制城乡体育协同发展规划;完善法规保障机制和整合城乡体育资源,构建体育项目体系等促进城乡体育协同发展的措施和建议.

Collaborative Development System Based onthe Sustainable Developmentof Urban and RuralSports

Parsing the meaning of sports cooperation in rural development, combined with the sixth field survey and investigation of rural sports development in Hebei Province, analyzed the development of urban and rural sports achievements, resulting in uneven urban-rural sports development gap and its causes, from a rural development theory, collaborative development theory and sustainable development theory perspective analysis of the direction and focus of sports cooperation and Rural development, we propose to rationalize the development of urban and rural sports system, the introduction of policies to attract social capital; create a think tank, the preparation of urban and rural sports cooperation in development planning; improve the legal protection mechanism and integration of urban and rural sports resources to build sports system, and promote sports cooperation and rural development measures.
