中外公共体育课程比较研究

摘    要:以文献资料、比较分析和调查访谈等研究方法对中西方公共体育课程的目标设置、内容、组织形式与教学方法四要素进行比较分析,研究认为:我国高校公共体育课程,在课程目标上,应实现由增强体质教育向完善人格教育转化,注重体育人文关怀;在课程设置上,应由课程需求向“以生为本”转化,凸显课程设置的灵活性与实用性;在课程内容选择上,应由偏技能学习向多元化、一体化转向,注重技能学习与文化传承;在课程组织形式与方法上,应由分支发展向传统与现代融合转化,充分利用现代信息技术,实现教学组织课内与课外、线上与线下相得益彰。

Abstract:By means of literature review, comparative analysis and interviews, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the four elements of objective setting, content, organizational form and teaching methods of Chinese and Western public physical education courses. The study holds that in terms of curriculum objectives, public physical education courses in Colleges and universities in China should transform from physical education to personality education, and pay attention to sports humanistic care. The flexibility and practicability of curriculum design should be highlighted by the transformation from curriculum demand to "student-oriented"; the selection of curriculum content should be shifted from partial skill learning to diversification and integration, focusing on skill learning and cultural inheritance; and the form and method of curriculum organization should be transformed from branch development to traditional and modern integration, making full use of modern information technology.
