中外优秀女运动员自由体操比赛动作的比较研究

以第35届世锦赛和九运合女子自由体操决赛的16名运动员为对象，对其成套动作进行了比较研究。结果表明：中外优秀运动员在成套动作的难度和最后成绩上无显著差异，但在动作类型的选用与组合方式以及完成动作的质量等方面有显著性差异，国外运动员以后空翻转体连接前空翻的组合为主，显示出多样化特征，且完成质量较高，值得我们学习、惜鉴。

Comparative Study on Free Exercise Skilled Moyement of Woman Excellent Athletes at Home and Abroad

With the information on final male free exercise competition on the 35th World Champion Games and the 9th National Games,this article studies on development and level of the male free exercise athletes at home and abroad The results show that: movement difficulty mainly develops toward the improvement of movement linkage difficulty; the direction of flip linkage mainly develops toward for-flip and turning There is no obvious difference on the beginning grade,movement quality and whole level of athletes at home and abroad,the key to improve movement score is to enhance the quality of movement linkage
