高原比赛中有关问题的研究

目前在高原地区举行的体育比赛越来越多,其海拔高度已达到5,231 m.但由于高原低氧、寒冷等条件影响,不仅对运动员生理机能及运动能力带来影响,而且造成诸多运动贞不能保证比赛质量或完成比赛任务.就高原环境对运动员运动成绩和身体机能的影响、高原比赛的参赛时间和适应性训练安排以及注意问题等方面进行了探讨.并提出了建设性的建议.以期为高原比赛和训练提供参考依据.

Study on the Related Question of Altitude Competition
