摘    要:运用力学理论和方法对正、反手抛击技术动作进行了分析,结果发现:与产生前旋、低平飞行的抛击球为主要特征的正手抛击技术相比,反手抛击技术易产生较大后旋速度的高吊抛击球,有利于增加击球的命中率和留球率。还从解剖动力学角度,论述了正、反于抛击技术的发力特征、机制和差异,发现采用反手抛击技术时上肢相关肌群处于反住姿势,其发力方式与人体惯常的上肢肌肉发力规律相反,初学掌握这种技术有一定难度,并据此提出了一些提高反手抛击技术使用率的特异性肌肉训练方法。

Abstract:The movements of both techniques were analyzend by using mechanic theories and methods.Results showed compared with palm-up volo technique,which is characterized by forward spin and low peak flying,plam-down volo technique is easy to produce quick backward spin high peak flying,therefore,increasing the ball's hitting ratio and residing ratio.And from views of anatomical dynamics,the powering characteristics,mechanism and difference of both techniques were discussed.It was found that the powering of palm-down volo technique is contrary to the habitual powering rule of upper body muscle,which is hard for beginners to grasp,based on which the specific training to improve palm-down volo technique was suggested.
