| 摘 要： | 运用综合分析与数理统计方法 ,对广东省少儿女子二级体操运动员的身体素质结构进行了测定 ,建立了初步数学模型 ,并以此研制了一套能用以评价少年女子二级体操运动员身体素质水平的较为直观简便实用的综合诊断评价方法。训练实验表明 ,运用此综合诊断评价方法进行训练能够有效地提高运动员的身体素质与运动技术水平。
