| 摘 要： | 运动休闲作为一种现代生活时尚渐渐走入了中国人的生活,并引起全社会的重视,学术界对运动休闲的研究促使相关专业走入高校并成为一门新专业.从个人休闲、专业发展以及社会建设的广角提出运动休闲理论体系的构成要素及其影响因素,旨在为构建具有中国时代特征的运动休闲理论体系提供参考.

| Abstract: | Sports and leisure as a modern lifestyle gradually came into the life of the Chinese people, and caused the attention of the whole society. Academia promotes the forming of sports and leisure professionals in colleges. This paper presents the constituent elements and influencing factors of sports and leisure theoretical system from the leisure
and professional development as well as the wide-angle social construction, aiming to provide a reference for building the sports and leisure theoretical system with Chinese characteristics. |
