后奥运时代武术发展再探

摘    要:采用文献资料法,在分析后奥运时代武术发展面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,对2008年北京奥运会结束后中国武术的发展方向和战略问题进行探讨。我国经济社会地全面发展将为包括武术在内的体育的发展提供千载难逢的机会,我国国际影响力和软实力的大幅提高将对包括武术在内的传统文化地国际传播奠定坚实的基础,经济全球化、体育全球化为武术在国际上地传播提供了广阔的舞台;同时,后奥运时代我国竞技体育市场化、产业化转轨必将深刻影响武术的发展前景和道路,竞技体育竞赛规则的规范化、标准化要求竞技武术比赛规则进行适应性调整。结论指出,2008年奥运会后的武术发展,应当从武术在现代体育中的影响力的这一定性指标和大众习练人数、职业习练人数、规模性武术比赛次数和观众人数等定量指标来设置明确的2020年和2050年阶段性战略目标,并以习练者和公众的需求为中心改造现代武术,改走大众化、市场化、产业化之路,成立专门的武术发展推广机构,并借鉴跆拳道推广和发展的经验。

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review,and based on analyzing the opportunity and challenge of Wushu development in post-Olympics-times,this paper makes discussion on Chinese Wushu developing direction and strategy after 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.The result shows that the all-round development of our social economics will provide the golden opportunity for sports development including Wushu.The advancement of our international influence and soft power lays a solid foundation for international communication of traditional culture like Wushu.Economic globalization and sport globalization provide the broaden stage for Wushu communication in the world.At the same time,the sport marketization and industrialization transfer of post-Olympics-times will inevitably influence the developing path and prospect of Wushu.The standardization of sport competition rule requires the Wushu competition rule to make adjustment.It concludes that the Wushu development of post-Olympics-times should set definite and strategic goal for 2020 and 2050 based on the number of mass exercisers,Wushu matches and audience.The modern Wushu should meet the requirement of exercisers,and follow the way of marketization,industrialization and popularization.A special agency for promoting wushu development should be setup and the experience of the spreading and development of Taekwondo shall be learned from.
