我国高等院校篮球教练员和运动员现状分析与对策研究

以文献资料法、数理统计法和问卷调查法等研究方法，对我国高校篮球教练员和运动员的基本情况进行现状分析。结果表明：现阶段，我国高校在职篮球教练员平均年龄为35．95岁，学历层次高，职称状况好，知识结构合理，但存在运动经验缺乏，执教年限短等问题。另外，我国高校篮球教练员科研水平高，但发展不平衡，年轻教练员对科研的重视程度不够；虽然掌握了一定的计算机和网络基础知识，但计算机操作技能较差；指导训练和，临场指挥比赛的能力处于一般水平。我国高校篮球运动员主要来自于普通中学和传统篮球项目中学的篮球运动尖子，同时体育运动学校的篮球运动员也被各高校所接受；目前，运动员的身体条件、技战术水平还无法适应高水平篮球比赛的需要。然而随着CUBA联赛的深入开展，我国高校篮球运动员的身体条件在不断改善，技战术水平也逐步提高。

Study on the Current situation and Solutions of the Basketball Coach & player of the Universities in China

This paper studies the general situation,professional skill and training work of the professional basketball coaches of universities in China basing on the method of document ,mathematical statistics,question -investigation. The paper finds out that the average age of the professional basketball coaches of the universities in China is 35. 95. Most of them graduated from sports universities or teacher's traing school;most of them are teachers,they have hign professional titles and good educational background. However, some of them are lacking of experience in teaching,training and guiding. Moreover ,young coaches do not pay attention to the scientific reseach,they are not good at computer. Generally speaking,the basketball players in the universities are from high schools and sports high schools. Their body-condition and professional skill do not suit the formal basketball matches. Along with the development of CUBA, the body-condition and the professional skill of the basketball players in China are improving.
