大学体育教师的非智力因素结构及对其教学效果的影响

摘    要:以山东省12所高校的500名体育教师和50名专家为调查对象,通过访谈、问卷调查、因素分析等方法,探讨大学体育教师的非智力因素结构及对其教学效果的影响。结果为:影响大学体育教师教学效果的非智力因素包括5项,即教学动机、教学态度、教学兴趣、意志品质和个性特征,并且各因素及其因子均与教学效果之间具有较高的相关性。同时也证实该问卷具有较高的信效度。为了提高大学体育教师的教学效果,管理者应不断为其营造良好的工作氛围,促进学校与体育教师之间的价值认同;大学体育教师应具有明确而又适度的期望和要求,经常反思,并善于向别人学习。同时还应采用正确的归因模式,不断提高自信心。
