通过对中美两国高校高水平运动队管理的比较研究,分析其管理体制、管理模式及运行机制,并结合我国高校高水平运动队管理体制存在的问题,借鉴其成功经验和科学管理方法,探索高校高水平运动队的合理管理体制,为我们进一步探索市场经济条件下如何办好高校高水平运动队,为建立有中国特色的高校高水平竞技体育,为健全和完善我国高校高水平运动队竞赛制度,尽快与国际接轨,为建立和健全各种法规制度,为提高我国高校高水平运动队社会化程度,为我国高校体育改革和我国高校竞技体育的发展提供理论依据。

A Comparative Study of the Management of Top-level Sport Teams in Colleges and Universities between China and the United States

By analyzing the management system,mechanism,and operating mode and considering the existing problems in the management mechanism of top-level sports teams in colleges and universities in China,drawing the successful experiences and scientific management methods in the United States,exploring some rational management mechanism,the management of top-level sports teams in colleges and universities between China and the United States is compared and studied in order to find out ways to manage top-level sports teams in colleges and universities under the current market-directed system.Meanwhile this paper provides some theoretical basis for the establishment and perfection of high-level competitive systems and regulations in colleges and universities with Chinese characteristics in accordance with international rules,so that the socialized standard of top-level sports teams can be improved and sports reforms and development of competitive sports in colleges and universities in china can be advanced.
