| 摘 要： | 从休闲视野的角度，论述了休闲体育在未来社会生活中的作用和意义，阐述了我国休闲体育专业产生的时代背景和社会需求，从科学构建我国高等体育院校休闲体育专业的视角，从科学构建我国高等体育院校休闲体育专业的视角，提出了对准市场创建专业、创新培养模式、建立新型灵活的课程体系，强化实践环节，培养应用性人才的思路；强调了构建我国高等体育院校休闲体育专业的6个要点，即：制定一个优化的培养方案、优化课程结构、课程要求与课程大纲的创新、培养和调配专业师资、专业教材建设迫在眉睫、强化社会实践与教学实习；对我国高等体育学院休闲体育专业的发展进行了展望。
