全民健身工程设施建造规模、结构与投入的量化研究:以湖南省为例

运用数理统计法,从时间与空间维度上对湖南省全民健身工程设施规模、结构、投入进行分析,得出:1)近年来湖南省全民健身工程设施建造规模呈隔年交替发展态势,稳定发展的全民健身工程设施建造投入机制尚未形成;2)全民健身设施建造结构与布局失衡,资源配置欠合理;3)全民健身工程设施建造与健身项目、城镇人口、经济发展、体彩公益金收入等方面存在不同程度的正相关性。

Research on Scale,Structure and Investment of the National Fitness Facilities in Hunan Province

By using the method of mathematical statistics,this paper made analysis on scale,distribution,structure and investment of the national fitness facilities from 2000 to 2007 in Hunan province.The result shows that 1) in recent years,construction scale of national fitness facilities in Hunan province is higher in double-year,and lower in odd-year,the stable development of national fitness facilities and investment mechanisms is unformed.2) The type structure,regional distribution and system layout of fitness facilities are unbalance,and allocation of resources is unfair.3) The investment of fitness facilities is related to the urban population,economic conditions,circulation of sports lottery and the sports development strategy.
