太极柔力球运动对女大学生身心健康的影响

摘    要:运用文献资料法、测量法、比较分析法,对参加太极柔力球运动的女大学生的身体形态、生理机能、身体素质和心境等指标的变化进行了研究。结果表明:太极柔力球运动能改善女大学生的身体形态,增强身体机能,提高身体素质,调节心理健康状况。

Abstract:Female undergraduate were instructed in Taiji Softball exercise.By the method of documentary,investigation,measurement and comprehensive analysis,the 4 indexes on physical shapes,physiology function,physical quality,and frame of mind were tested and compared before and after exercise.The results showed that Taiji Softball exercise can effectively improve female undergraduate physical shapes,advance physiology function,enhance physical quality,and regulate their psychological states.
