速滑运动员不同陆地体能恢复性有氧训练效果研究

摘    要:采用实验法先后将12名国内一线速度滑冰运动员分为对照组、匀速跑组,变速跑、递减跑组,在全国2010年速滑联赛哈尔滨站赛后测试恢复过程不同时间点血乳酸变化、即刻与次日主观体力感觉两方面对三个有氧跑恢复手段进行了对比测试,以期找到有效的促进速滑运动员体能恢复的陆地恢复性训练手段。结果显示,速滑运动血乳酸峰值出现在5-10min,且与运动距离密切相关;匀速跑组血乳酸值下降最快,主观体力感觉最好。结论:匀速跑恢复训练是三种陆地恢复手段中效果最佳的方式,能有效促进速滑运动员疲劳的清除,可促进运动性疲劳的恢复。

Abstract:The speed skating athlete is divided into control group, constant speed run group, variable speeu run, uecreasmg run group, in 2010 after the speed skating league Harbin station. Testing blood lactic acid change and the subjective physical feeling of three aerobic run recovery at different time point. The results show that the speed skating blood lactic acid peak appeared in 5 - 10 min, and closely related to the movement distance. Constant run group is the best in clearing blood lactic acid, subjective physical feels is best too. Conclusions : Uniform recovery training is the best way in three kinds of land restoration, which can effectively promote the speed skater fatigue removal, and the recovery of exercise fatigue.
