学校运动队团队文化建设策略研究

现实表明,我国顶级的大学运动队尚且缺乏团队文化的有力支撑,我国学校运动队团队文化建设普遍亟须加强。本研究采用文献研究法、观察法等方法研究了学校运动队的特征、学校运动队团队文化建设的价值和策略。研究得出的启示为:学校运动队具有队员流动性强、队员面临学训矛盾、教练员的影响更加多元化、同辈影响更大等特点。学校运动队在团队文化过程中应采取的策略包括:讲民主、讲坦诚、讲包容、讲传奇、讲期待、讲原则。

Strategies for Developing School Sport Team Culture

Chinese school sport teams need to develop team culture urgently, because even top Chinese college sport teams are suf- feting from underdeveloped team culture. This paper probes the trait of school sport teams, value and strategies of team culture de- velopment by document analysis and observing methods. Research implications include： school sport team features by more con- stant change of members ; the coach has a more comprehensive influence over the team as well as student athletes; most members cannot strike a good balance between training and study, student athletes encounter big influence from peers, etc. Accordingly, school sport team should focuse on the cultivation of democratic atmosphere, appropriate frankness within the team, the promotion of cohesion, the improvement of the art of legend telling and ＂impose＂ high expectation and principles on student athletes, etc.
