社区感、生活满意度与锻炼坚持意向的研究——以中国朝鲜族足球运动参与者为例

本研究利用社区感量表、生活满意度量表、锻炼坚持意向量表,以中国朝鲜族自治州足球运动参与者作为调查对象,运用结构方程模型的方法对变量之间的关系进行了分析。目的:探讨社区感与锻炼坚持意向的影响及作用机制。方法:建立结构方程模型(SEM),并对其进行模型评价,运用bootstrap方法对中介效应值进行检验。结果:数据的共同方法偏差检验,正态性检验以及多重共线性诊断结果显示均达到统计学要求;社区感对锻炼坚持意向的直接效应不显著;社区感与锻炼坚持意向的关系中,生活满意度具有中介效应。结论:对于中国朝鲜族足球运动参与者来说,社区感的水平的提高,会提升其生活满意度水平,从而提升锻炼坚持意向。

A Study of Sense of Community,Life Satisfaction And Exercise Adherence Intention——A Case Study of Chinese Korean Football Participants

This study used the sense of community scale,life satisfaction scale and exercise adherence intention scale and the China’s Korean Autonomous Prefecture football participants as the survey object,using the structural equation model(SEM)to analyze the relationship between variables:Objective:Discussion on the influence and mechanism of sense of community and exercise adherence intention.Method:to establish a structural equation model(SEM)and conduct model evaluation upon it,and to inspect the mediate effect value with bootstrap method.Results:the common variance test,normality inspection and multicollinearity diagnosis are all in line with statistical requirements;the direct effect of sense of community to the exercise adherence intention is not obvious,while in the relation of these two,life satisfaction functions meditating effect.Conclusion:for the Chinese Korean football players,the increase of community sense will improve their life satisfaction level,so as to enhance their exercise adherence intention.
