新时代青少年休闲体育系统特征及动态演化模式研究

为了推进青少年休闲体育的发展,研究采用系统分析方法,基于复杂适应系统理论视角,从主体与环境的互动作用、个体演变过程、个体演化到系统演化的回声过程三个方面进行分析,从系统结构、环境、内部行为探讨青少年休闲体育发展的动力问题,构建形成提高青少年休闲体育组织能力进化的回声模型。研究发现,在CAS理论视角下,青少年休闲体育符合适应性、网络性、多样性特征,在此基础上研究认为政府应该加大公共服务投入力度,集全社会之力承办青少年休闲体育;学校应该改变传统体育课授课方式,与社会体育组织合作,共同开展青少年体育;家长应该积极配合休闲体育教育,与孩子一起参与体育活动,共同为青少年体育事业发展助力。

Study on the Characteristics And Dynamic Evolution Patterns of Youth Leisure Sports System in the New Era

Using the system analysis method,based on the theoretical perspective of complex adaptation system,it analyzes from the interaction between subject and environment,the process of individual evolution,the echo process from individual evolution to system evolution.From the system structure,environment and internal behavior to explore the development of youth leisure sports dynamics,the construction of the development of youth leisure sports organizational evolution of the echo model.The study found that the youth leisure sports under the(CAS)perspective comforts to the characteristics of adaptability,network and diversity,on this basis,the research thinks that the government should increase the public service investment,collect the whole society's efforts to undertake the youth leisure sports,and the school should change the traditional way of teaching physical education,cooperate with social sports organizations,and jointly carry out youth sports.Parents should actively cooperate with leisure physical education,lead by example and participate in sports activities with their children,and jointly contribute to the development of youth sports.
