| 摘 要： | 体育教师的职业倦怠是教师在长期的压力体验下产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭表现，是教师不能顺利工作时的一种消极反应，它对教师、学生、学校和社会都会带来负面的影响。从分析体育教师职业倦怠产生的原因以及不良影响出发，提出了预防和克服体育教师职业倦怠的若干对策。
