| 摘 要： | 针对我国近年来职业体育俱乐部存在的问题，从本质上追溯其在文化管理方面的根源，给出俱乐部文化和形象的概念、分类及意义，并提出运用形象设计来提升俱乐部文化的应对策略。

| Abstract: | In the light of the recent problems existing in the professional sports clubs of our country, this paper aims to explore the origin of these problems from cultural management aspects, and to give the concepts, categories and meaning of sports clubs' culture and image. It also comes up with tactics to improve the clubs' culture using image design. |
