对吉林省高水平轮滑运动员心理疲劳的调查研究

通过对吉林省高水平轮滑运动员心理疲劳的研究表明,家庭经济条件因素对心理疲劳水平无显著影响。运动员性别、年龄、运动等级、训练年限和文化水平等变量对心理疲劳存在显著性差异。希望通过本调查研究引起轮滑教练和运动员对心理疲劳问题的足够重视,掌握运动性心理疲劳的成因和应对措施,帮助运动员更好地训练和比赛。

Investigation and Research on the Mental Fatigue of High Level Roller Skating Athletes of Jilin

Through the high level roller skating athletes＇ interview of our province that is about the mental fatigue and ＂the athlete mental fatigue Questionnaire＂ investigation.The result indicated that the home economics condition factor is not remarkable effect to the high level roller skating athletes＇ mental fatigue level.Variables,such as athletes＇ sex,age,movement rank,age and cultural level of the training and so on,exist significance difference to excellent roller skating athletes＇ mental fatigue.We hope that this research lead to skating coaches and athletes enough to take the mental fatigue question seriously,grasp the cause of formation and the counter measures of the mobile mental fatigue and help athletes train and compete better.
