| 摘 要： | 足球裁判员是足球比赛的有机组成部分,没有高水平的裁判员就不能很好的进行高水平的足球赛。而足球裁判员在比赛中对有利条款的运用往往会影响比赛的最终结果。探索足球竞赛规则中有利条款的精神实质,并以公平竞赛为核心正确理解有利条款的意义,以及运用有利条款应注意的事项对裁判员顺利完成本职工作有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | A referee is an organic composing part of a football race,without a high-leveled referee,a high-leveled football race cannot be carried smoothly.Yet the application to the advantage terms of referee in the race will always impact the terminal result of the race.Exploring to the spirit truth of the advantage terms in rules of a football race,comprehending the true meaning of the advantage terms as fair competition in core and the pointing for attention to apply the advantage terms make a very important effect on accomplishing the referce＇s duty. |
