| Abstract: | The balanced score card which is effective tool to evaluate the performance of the system sports fitness training institutions. The paper primarily from the balanced score card of financial,training objects,the internal business processes as well as the four aspects of learning and growth,analyzes sports fitness training institutions of the selected indicators of performance appraisal and system. |
