| 摘 要： | 体育意识是人们在对体育的接触和了解及参与体育活动过程中形成的心理活动。它由体育价值观和体育态度两部分构成。体育意识除了能帮助人们专门反映体育的存在以外，更重要的是，体育意识对体育行为具有反作用。体育意识的形成和加强，能够对人们的体育行为活动发挥动力和调节作用，有利于促进人们积极的参与体育活动。
