| 摘 要： | 冬季项目是奥林匹克运动的重要组成部分，在我国发展冬季项目是贯彻落实“奥运争光计划”的内在要求。整体而言，我国冬季运动项目的发展水平在国际上相对落后，面对两年后在俄罗斯举办的冬季运动会，寻求怎样的突破和发展，如何实现几代冰雪人的梦想，成为国内学者们研究的重点。就当今世界冬季运动的格局、发展趋势，以及我国开展冬季项目可持续发展所面对的主要困难与问题，作了相应研究并提出了解决的对策。
