| Abstract: | ＂Reception and Guest Room Service and Management＂ is a compulsory core course of tourism management, hotel management and other related subjects in vocational colleges. The paper expounds the curriculum criterion and the design of the teaching contents, and the choices of teaching the design and evaluation methods. This paper puts forward the preliminary ideas of teaching reform of the course. |
