| 摘 要： | 2008年北京奥运会期间,国际体育仲裁理事会设立了国际体育仲裁院特别分院以解决争议,但我国还没有处理体育争端的专门体育仲裁制度,体育仲裁的缺位对解决体育争端以及进行国际体育交流是非常不利的。所以应针对我国目前举国体制下的体育运动现状,构建有中国特色的主体独立的、仲裁规则适合中国国情的、简便易行的、审理方式灵活的、保护争议双方合法权益的体育仲裁制度。
