| 摘 要： | 试以系统科学的基本理论和体操运动员的训练实践，来研究与分析体操运动员的训练环节与环节训练，结果表明：体操运动员的训练系统，由四个训练环节组成及四个一级子系统。四个环节互相关联，但又有一定的相关独立性。

| Abstract: | The process of complicated training involves many interrelated and relatively independent elements , and those elements are called training links,while exercises directed towards the relatively independent elements are termed as link training.Based on systematic scientific theories and training practices,this article analyzes the training links and link training of gymnasts.The results showed that the training system of gymnasts consists of four training links and four grade-one subsystems.The four training links are interrelated but they have a relative independence.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for coaches and gymnasts alike. |
