赛场观众参与对观众体验影响的理论研究

摘    要:赛场观众体验不仅来源于赛事组织者所提供的各种服务刺激,也同样来源于观众自身的参与。本研究借助顾客参与理论,在明确观众参与的内涵后,将赛场观众的参与方式分为信息搜寻、沟通交流、互动合作和责任行为,从参与的角色将观众参与分为指示者、调度者、摒弃者、共同生产者和共同使用者,最后探讨了观众参与对情感体验、社会体验、思考体验和戏剧性体验的影响。

Abstract:Spectator’s experience not only comes from all kinds of service stimulus that game organizer supplied,but also from spectator participation.In the application of theory of customer participation,the research firstly expounds what is spectator participation in game venue,then discriminates the participation in four patterns: information search,communication,interaction and cooperation,responsibility.On the theory of role,this paper analyzes what the spectators play part of,designator,ambassador,abandoner,co-producter,co-user.Finally,this paper discusses how spectator participation could have an effect on emotional experience,deliberation experience,social experience,drama experience.
