乡村振兴背景下我国体育旅游综合体发展的理论审视与实践探索

体旅文商融合发展是新时代我国体育旅游产业发展的重要方向，体育旅游综合体作为新时代体育旅游产业发展的新型载体，对满足人民日益增长的多元化体育消费需求，促进我国体育旅游产业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文采用实地调研、专家访谈、案例分析等研究方法，分析了我国体育旅游综合体的产生背景、理论内涵和功能定位，基于对湖北、江苏、广西三省32个体育旅游综合体实地调研的基础之上，梳理了我国体育旅游综合体的发展现状与问题，并选取湖北朝天吼漂流景区和江苏常州太湖湾汽车露营谷两个典型案例进行剖析，得出建立政企协调的建设机制、打造体育旅游核心竞争力、提供高品质的旅游服务、重视规划设计和业态布局的经验启示，并进一步提出加强顶层设计，提高综合体落地政策的执行效力；加大差别化用地试点，多渠道解决综合体用地问题；加大招商引资力度，吸引社会力量建设运营；加强项目内涵建设，提高综合体建设运营水平等优化发展策略，以期为我国体育旅游综合体建设提供理论支撑和实践参考。

The Theoretical Survey and Practical Exploration of the Development of Sports Tourism Complex in the Background of Rural Revitalization

The integrated development of sports, tourism, culture and commerce is the development direction of China''s sports tourism industry in the new age. Sports tourism complex, As a new carrier of the development of sports tourism industry, is an important form to meet the diversified sports consumption needs of people''s life and promote the high-quality development of China''s sports tourism industry. This paper,based on the field research of 32 sports tourism complex in hubei, jiangsu, guangxi provinces,uses field research, expert interview and case analysis to analyze the background,theoretical connotation and function positioning,and combs the development situation and problems of sports tourism complex in china,and selects two typical cases, such as Hubei Chaotian roar Floating Sports Scenic Spot, Changzhou Taihu Bay Car Camping Valley to analyze and obtain the experience of establishing a construction mechanism of government-enterprise coordination, building the core competitiveness of sports tourism, providing high-quality tourism services, and attaching importance to planning and design and form layout,further proposes to strengthen the top-level design and improve the implementation effect of the complex landing policy.Increasing land use indicators to solve the problem of insufficient land supply of complex, Increasing investment to promote the diversified development of complex market entities, Accelerating the standard construction to promote the healthy development of emerging high-risk projects, Promoting pilot experience to set up the benchmark of sports tourism complex construction and other optimized development strategies, in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the construction of sports tourism complex in China.
