摘    要:采用"划字测验"、"瑞文测验"、"BFS心境测验"、"SCL—90测验",对经常参加运动锻炼与不锻炼的老年人进行调查。研究发现,经常参加运动锻炼能够延缓老年人智力的衰退,提高老年人心理健康水平,调节老年人的情绪,使他们愉悦、乐观等良性情绪显著提高,愤怒、激动等消极情绪显著降低。

Abstract:This thesis aims to find the differences between the elderly people who often participate in physical exercise and those who don't by making use of multi-dimensional mental measurements such as " Cancellation Test","Raven's Test","BFS Mood Scale" and " SCL-90 Test".The results indicate that regular participation in physical exercises can delay the intelligence decline and promote the mental health of the elderly people.The results also show that physical exercise can contribute to the significant increase of the optimistic mood and decrease of the pessimistic mood of the elderly people.
