| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，回顾了中国课程改革的思路与进程，研究和分析了美德两国体育课程模式与教学模式的理论探索与实践发展情况，继而分析和总结了以美国和德国为代表的西方发达国家体育课程与教学模式对我国体育课程改革的启示，为中国体育课程改革与发展提供了新的理论与实践支撑。
