| 摘 要： | 知识经济和教育创新对体育专业研究生创新人才的培养提出了内在的结构性要求 ,通过IKQA(观念、知识、素质、能力 )复合性人才培养目标的确立 ,运用教育建模理论 ,构建符合创新人才培养目标的办学模式。
