| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济体制的导入，高速商业化发展的健康体育一定程度上补充了我国现阶段全民健身国家发展事业和社会福利事业在设备、设施、服务等方面的不足，满足了人们体育健身的某些特殊需求，缓和了紧张的供需矛盾。基于为提高国民体质和加速全民健身计划普及推广贡献一份力量的指导思想，在分析日本区域社会健康体育俱乐部的基础上，重点阐述了我国全民健身计划普及推广的路径与方法。
