对我国高水平运动训练教练员激励行为的调查研究

摘    要:以我国高水平教练员为研究对象,对教练员的期望激励、目标设置激励、情感激励、正激励与负激励、训练激励等多种激励行为方式进行调查研究。研究结果表明运动员在感受到的激励方面比教练员明显的偏少,运动员比教练员感受更少的期望,教练员认为自己经常对运动员提出具体的有一定难度的目标,然而这并没有被运动员所感受到。教练员在训练方面有较高的要求与关注,然而在关心运动员生活、学习方面则存在着明显的不足;教练员在负激励方面使用得过多。运动员感受到教练员有更多的威胁、打骂和批评,而教练员则比运动员感受到更多的耐心与称赞。教练员需要在激励行为方面提高自己的水平,以促进运动员训练积极性的提高。

Abstract:The essay researches on high - level coaches in our country. It studies some motivational patterns, such as expectancy, emotion encourage, which are intended to improve the motivational effect of the coaches. It shows that athletes feel less encouraging than coaches do. Coaches think they suggest a concrete target with some difficulties, however, which is not felt by the athletes. Coaches have more requests and attentions on training, but less on athletes' life and study. They use too many ways of negative motivation. Athletes feel more threat, scolding and criticism. On the contrary, coaches receive more patience and praise. Coaches should increase levels and arts on their encouraging ways to advance the training activities of athletes.
