| 摘 要： | 供应链管理环境下的企业，将面临复杂多变的市场环境，信息的多源性、多态性和不确定性，增加了其在供应链环境下制定生产计划的复杂性和难度。论文以全球供应链为研究背景，分析了供应链环境下生产计划信息不确定性的主要根源，从不同角度分析了供应链信息不确定性对生产计划的影响，指出如何通过信息共享机制与弱化信息不确定性等提高生产计划动态响应性的方法。 |

| Abstract: | It will be more difficult for an enterprise in the surrounding of supply chain to specify its production project when it faces capricious market characterized by information of multiplied sources,modalities and indeterminacy.This paper analyzes causes to the information indeterminacy and its impact,then proposes that in response to the problem,a more flexible project shall be set up based on an information sharing mechanism. |
