| 摘 要： | 以上海市34所公益型青少年体育俱乐部为研究对象,运用问卷调查法和文献资料法描述并分析了俱乐部的融资方式以及会员发展等现状.指出:目前我国公益型青少年体育俱乐部可持续发展中存在的主要问题是俱乐部融资渠道单一,成本压力大,有效需求不足,可持续发展能力较弱等;建议:公益型青少年体育俱乐部应不断提高筹集资金的能力,广开资金来源,增强自身的"造血机能";明晰产权,加强监管,提高有效需求,建立和完善政府、市场、社会与公益型青少年体育俱乐部自身的生产要素多中心配置模式,将是促进公益型青少年俱乐部增强可持续发展能力的现实战略选择.
