| 摘 要： | 研究以川南11个贫困县为代表，选择5个具有典型代表性的群体为对象，围绕实施《纲要》所涉及的主要问题进行较为广泛的调研。在对实施全民健身计划的现状和问题进行深入了解的基础上提出了解决问题的若干对策。
