| 摘 要： | 篮球运动的本质指篮球运动内部根本矛盾的特殊性,即在强力对抗下的准确.篮球运动的特征可概括为:高空性、瞬时性、对抗性、多变性、主体性及观赏性.篮球运动的规律是指篮球运动发展变化过程中起主导作用的本质联系和必然趋势,具体体现为:准确转化、高速均衡、攻守平衡.

| Abstract: | The essence of basketball refers to particularity of its inner fundamental contradiction, that is,the accuracy in intense antagonism. The features of basketball can be concluded to the high altitude, instantaneity, antagonism, variety, stereoscopic and speculation. The law of basketball is the essential connection and inevitable trend dominated in its development. It specifically reflects the exchange of accuracy and fault; the harmony of the high speed, the balance of attack and defense. |
