男跳远运动员助跑速度结构与成绩关系的研究

摘    要:研究运用改进型运动雷达测速仪,对国内部分男跳远选手的全程助跑水平速度进行了比赛现场的测试,讨论分析了速度最大值、维持高速跑能力、准备起跳阶段中速度下降方式、助跑初速段加速方式及助跑稳定性等因素与跳远成绩的关系,并得出:高水平运动员训练的重点应是利用自身的速度优势完成稳定的助跑以求强有力的起跳,而低水平运动员仍需捉高助跑能力,"速升型"加速方式易出成绩,起跳前应采用缓和的阶梯式速度下降方式等结论.

Abstract:Using improved Rader-ranging device, we measured the horizontal velocity of all-round approach of male long-jumpers on competition spot. The writer made analysis on the Vmax, the ability of maintaining high-speed approach, the way of descending-velocity during preparing take-off, the increasing-velocity method and stability of all-round approach, then the writer draw conclusions such as the stability of approach is main factor which affect distance jumped for high-level jumper, low-level long jumper should focus on improving running-ability, rapid way of increasing velocity can easily result in longer distance, and long jumpers should adopt slow way of descending velocity before take-off and so on.
