四川省普通高校体育专业师资现状调查与发展思考

采用文献资料调研、走访问卷调查和数理统计法，对四川省部分高校体育师资的年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次进行了调查与分析。结果表明，四川省高校体育师资队伍的年龄结构趋向年轻化，高职称教师的年龄有所下降，但还存在一些亟待解决的问题：如高校体育教师队伍学历偏低，中青年教师中高职比例偏低，体育教师收入偏低等。针对存在的问题提出了一些体育师资队伍建设的建议。

Thinking on the Qua Status and Development of P.E. Teachers Group of University in Sichuan Province

Through documentation, visiting, and statistics, the article makes investigation and analysis on the age, professional title and degree's structure of some university P.E. teachers group in Sichuan province. The results show that their age structure inclines to be younger, the age of teachers with high professional title decreases a little, but there are some problems to be settled urgently such as their low degrees on the whole, lower proportion of higher professional title among young and middle aged teachers and their lower income, etc. Some advice towards solving these existing problems are given.
