| 摘 要： | 越轨表明了主体对规范的态度,能折射出规范本身存在的问题,因而具有淘汰旧规范的先导与推动作用.奥林匹克运动中同样存在着越轨现象,发生的越轨行为涉及多个奥林匹克主体,而由多层次规范组成的奥林匹克法律规范体系却难以对其有效控制.通过研究奥林匹克中的越轨行为,发现奥林匹克法律规范体系在权威性、完整性、冲突性、价值原则和制度性方面存在问题,是其不能很好控制越轨行为发生的重要原因.对此,笔者针对性的提出了修订和完善的建议.
