| 摘 要： | 我国职业体育俱乐部的形成与发展是建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中各种内外因素变化与作用的结果，是我国竞技体育发展中的制度创新。在不长的时间里，以职业足球俱乐部为代表的职业体育俱乐部制度以惊人的速度向前推进，取得了令人瞩目的成效。
