通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法对首都城乡体育公共服务经费投入、体育公共场地和设施、体育公共服务组织、群众性体育活动的开展、体育健身信息传播等差距进行客观描述和实证分析,并从多个层面挖掘造成差距的历史和现实原因,进而有针对性地提出加快首都城乡体育公共服务一体化进程的对策建议.
