| 摘 要： | 以善治理论为视阈,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对公共体育服务均等化进行研究.解读了善治理论的产生渊源,分析了“善治”引入公共体育服务均等化的理论价值,最后指出了实现公共体育服务均等化的“善治”路径:转变地方政府职能,实现公共体育权利中心由体育行政部门向社会主体的转移；建立互补协调的公共体育服务多元供给机制；建立有效的公共体育服务回应机制及其社会监管机制；建立公共体育服务的多元绩效评估机制；建立政府间、公共体育服务提供主体间及其与其他公共部门间的协作机制.
