| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,分析了上海市"体教结合"的运行现状,指出加强和完善"体教结合"的管理机制,改革现行竞赛制度,规范招生渠道,积极引进优秀教练员、运动员是其根本出路所在.

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of "combination of training and teaching" in Shanghai City,points out the basic approach is to enhance and perfect the management mechanism,reform the current contest system,normalize athlete enrolment,positively usher in the outstanding coaches and athlete. |
